The chassis is equipped with longitudinal and transverse angular bars to support and reinforce the floor (the resting surface). The brackets are made of plywood for the attachment of the feet.

The padding is made of high-density flame retardant polyurethane foam, padded with a fire retardant coating that can be fix or fully removable or, also, quilted faux leather with a variety of fabrics to choose from.

Available in four versions: hard floor classic slatted, floor spring and bed frame. Bilflex offers multiple models of feet and wheels.
