Visco elastic materials have been introduced years ago in the process of mattresses production, thanks to their characteristics of anallergicity, elasticity, ergonomics and non-deformability.

Another key feature is their ability to be shaped with special surface profiles so as to offer a natural support in different body areas. The possibility of shaping different areas, moreover, also gives the advantage of conveying the flow of air in order to ensure greater transpiration and hygiene.

In the production process, Bilflex chose to combine high and low resilience polyurethane of exceptional quality to get the right mix of support and comfort.
